Clean, small hotel with fancy and awesome location close to the major shopping malls. Magnificent and nice rooms with spa-like bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Location just off the famous 4 face Buddha temple beside Grand Hyatt, the sky train, and greenery

Excellent personal service that exceeded my expectations. Despite my error, they swiftly refunded me and were extremely helpful and understanding. The location was great, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The hotel's attention to detail in the curated selection of items in the room made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and service.

The rooms are excellent and the hotel is located in a quiet street with a short distance to shopping and all the action. Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay one of the best. Also had a great gym.
The wifi connection in the room was not up to a great standard. Slow and kept dropping out. In the foyer, bar etc it was a fantastic connection.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an upmarket part of Silom. The Urban Suite we booked was spacious and lovely, with great amenities like 2 TVs and a separating door between the living room and bedroom. The hotel's modern decor with Thai accents added to its charm. The staff provided amazing service, from the maitre'd to the bell desk staff who even printed a map for a taxi driver. The location was convenient, just around the corner from a train station, and the Luxsa spa was a great place to relax. our expectations for a 5-star hotel were exceeded, and we will definitely be back.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

This a beautiful contemporary hotel a little out of the way, but that only adds to its charm. Excellent service, free mini bar (beer and soft drinks) and water. 7-11 a few metres away that sells liquor and anything else you may need - but with a great coffee shop, cafe, piano bar and room service, what could you need!
I had to leave :(

Amazing Room. Great value. Perfect part of Bangkok to stay.
Restaurant seemed too expensive, and felt cold, but we didn't eat there. The Hotel is off of the main road, down an unmade side road, not so good for ladies with heels! The car booked for us to travel to the coast was overpriced and the driver took us to a ticket tout to buy our Ferry tickets! Not the best service. Be careful.

Located in a quiet part of town yet close to the bustling shopping district. The rooms are spacious with modern decor and comfortable beds. The bathroom has a great design and functioning amenities. The staff is proactive, professional and speaks fluent English. Breakfast provides a good variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and tasty local and Western-style dishes. Gym and pool facilities are expansive and easily accessible.
The water temperature in the pool could be improved.

The hotel room is like a condominium . Restock juices and beer in fridge at no charge. Always lots of water bottles, at night they turn down the bed, put a flower on the pillow, slippers by your bed and water bottle at the bedside table. Great location to shopping and Sky train

Really enjoyed our time spent at Hansar. Stayed at the Edge Suite. The room was spacious and functional, almost like a residence. Made you feel so comfortable in it, that you could have spent the whole day in your room! The interior was urbanly sophisticated, with fine mix of Thai silk and wood, and at the same time very cozy. Perfect for a couple to spend either relaxing or active holidays. The staff was all friendly and kept helping us on everything possible, with such a good manner. One comment on the location: Good, although a bit set back from the main road (Ratchadamri). Many local taxi drivers find it hard to find at first... but even this can be considered as one of the hotel's charms as well. Would like to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were amazing with a great pool and delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was really close to the skytrain, which made it easy for us to reach different locations in the city or even walk across the river by the bridge. Moreover, the major shopping malls were located nearby, so we could easily enjoy our shopping.
Nothing not to love. This hotel was an amazing experience for us.
